As the Managing Partner of Insight Law Firm, he heads Insight Global. He passed the National Bar Examination while studying at Korea University College of Law, completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and—after working at major law firms (including Daeryook & Aju)—founded Insight. He has handled a wide range of matters across labor and employment, administrative law, corporate advisory, and commercial and civil litigation, from corporate control disputes at large enterprises to advisory work for small and mid-sized companies. Through "Your Legal Team," a subscription-based corporate legal service, he advises more than 50 companies. He oversees and directs labor, administrative, and dispute issues arising in the entry and operations of foreign companies in Korea, in coordination with the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and international legal practice unit.
