After passing the 52nd Korean Bar Examination, she completed an LL.M. in Business & Entertainment Law at the University of Southern California Law School and was admitted to the New York Bar. She served for many years as in-house counsel at the JoongAng Group holding company and the JTBC Intellectual Property team, handling corporate advisory and litigation, intellectual property, and content investment and contracts. She has particular strengths in international transactions such as English-language contracts, shareholders' agreements, and equity investments, as well as in U.S.-related disputes.
