We reviewed the establishment of a medical foundation by a domestic medical institution and its transaction structure. Reflecting the Medical Service Act and regulations related to public-interest corporations, we designed the establishment requirements and operational structure, and jointly examined the legal issues in the process of transferring funds and assets. Taking into account the licensing and permit procedures characteristic of a regulated industry, we supported a stable establishment.
