We advised a domestic construction and plant company on establishing a local subsidiary in Saudi Arabia. We reviewed the local Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) regulations and licensing requirements, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each form of market entry (local subsidiary or branch), and proposed a structure suited to the business objectives. Taking into account the contractual and regulatory environment characteristic of the Middle East region, we carried out the establishment procedures together with a local partner.
